Three recent situations have informed us about a formidable reservoir of engagement :
– “I arrived in my position in October 22 – It is normal that I do not yet know the strategy of the company/team” (remark made at the beginning of April 23)
– “Talent retention is one of our strategic axes for 2023, but we have not yet had time to meet to talk about it (remark made at the end of March 23)
– “I know the strategy of my organization over the next 1 to 3 years” is the question having received the lowest score from 110 young talents from a large company (between 1 and 5 years of seniority in the business)
Perhaps these observations echo situations encountered around you?
In any case, they teach us that there is still progress to be made in terms of communication in certain organizations.
At Equoranda Coaching and training , we believe, that they above all show that the power of a strategy truly communicated and integrated by the teams is not sufficiently perceived.
A strategy is not something you do because you have to do it…or something the management team does for fun.
It’s a great tool for engaging and focusing teams! We see this every time we support teams and organizations on this subject.
Talent retention, engagement , priority management are themes on which you wish to act?
Think strategy… with Equoranda!
