Exercising Influence® allows you to obtain lasting support for the desired results.
The approach emphasizes the need for balance when influencing : between results and relationships, between preparation and spontaneity, between listening and expressing.
Personal work is sent to everyone in the form of a 360° questionnaire, also requiring responses from colleagues/collaborators (approximately 30′)
2 consecutive days with numerous exercises allowing everyone to assimilate the method. They are done in pairs or small groups, with personalized feedback from the trainer and participants.
Each participant receives support from training .
2x 1 hour spread over 8 weeks. Sharing experience and exercises ensures that new practices are anchored.
