Equoranda coaching is a time-limited process, in three stages:
The request: the coach spends time with the coachee, and his manager if necessary, to develop the request and the indicators of coaching success. Once the request has been clarified, a coaching contract is established.
The work: the coachee progresses towards the objectives set by taking action and discovering obstacles, strategies for success, resources, etc. The coach uses various tools to guide him in his progress. Mini-reports of progress and satisfaction are carried out regularly during the service.
The assessment : the coachee, the coach and the manager analyze the achievement of the coaching objectives, what emerges from the coaching and the level of satisfaction.
